Pawdayo Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 October 2026
By using Pawdayo you agree to these terms. Contact: pawdayo.app@gmail.com
The app
Pawdayo is a tool for recording and organising information about your pets. The Free plan includes one pet profile, vaccination records, vet appointments, basic reminders and dog walks, with adverts.
Premium subscription
- Premium costs £3.99 per month (or the local price shown in Google Play) and adds unlimited pet profiles, medication tracking and advanced reminders, expense tracking and reports, secure dog exercise areas and no adverts.
- Payment is taken by Google Play when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.
- If a payment fails, Google Play may retry for a short time. If it cannot be collected, Premium ends and the app returns to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted, and it unlocks again if you resubscribe.
Not veterinary advice
Information in the app, including the dog guide, reminders and breeding dates (scan, due and leave dates), is general guidance and estimates only. Always follow your vet’s advice. In an emergency, contact a vet straight away.
Places
Place information comes from OpenStreetMap, which is maintained by volunteers and may be out of date. Always check with a venue before you visit that dogs are welcome.
Your data
Your records are stored on your phone. You are responsible for keeping your phone backed up. We cannot recover data that is lost when an app is deleted or a phone is lost.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any loss caused by relying on information in the app, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
